Attaching templates to employment contracts

  1. Select Contracts > Employment Contracts.
  2. Select and open an employment contract that is in Draft or In Negotiation status.
  3. On the Details tab, select a contract template in the Employee Contract Template field to attach to the employment contract.
    The contract template is copied to new versions and copies of the initial employment contract that it is attached to. Templates can also be removed from an employment contract when the contract is in Draft or In Negotiation status.

    If you select the Use For Candidate field, you must also select a contract template in the Candidate Contract Template field.

    You can preview contract sections by clicking Preview Contract Sections. The preview shows a PDF of employee and candidate contract sections.

    When you replace a template, the system removes sections from the deleted template, applies sections from the new template, and generates a new contract document.
