Adding positions and levels to collective agreements and population categories

  1. Select Administration > Setup.
  2. In the Collective Agreements pane, click Collective Agreements.
  3. Highlight the collective agreement and population category.
  4. On the Position Coefficient and Minimums panel, click Create.
  5. Specify values as described in Adding population categories to collective agreements, and click Save.
