Assigning actor context records to HROrganization context properties

This task must be performed by a superuser.
  1. In HR Talent, select Security Administration.
  2. From Administration, select Context Property.
    Optionally, access context property in User Management.
  3. In the Context Property section, select an item with a key field HROrganization.
  4. In the Actor Context For HROrganization section, click Create.
  5. Specify this information:
    Unique Id
    Specify an identifier for this actor context and organization combination.
    Actor
    Select the actor for which you are setting up organization access.
    Value
    Specify the organization to which the selected actor will have access.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Repeat the steps to define each actor and organization combination.
