Configuring internal job board access for internal candidates

To enable employees to apply for jobs on an internal job board, you must give them access. Employees with access can view posted jobs at Employee > Opportunities.

The job board must be defined where internal job opportunities are posted. Select Talent Acquisition > Administration > Codes > Job Posting Rules. For more information, see the Talent Acquisition User Guide.

Use this procedure to enable employee access to the internal job board.

  1. From Security Administration, select User Management > Context Property.
  2. Select the context property.
  3. From the Actor Context For CHP list, click Create.
  4. Select your actor ID.
  5. Specify the job board name to grant the employee access.
    For example, INTRANET.
  6. Click Save.
