Verifying export configurations

Export files must be enabled before using business object documents (BODs) to interface with other applications.

These export files are used for BODs and standard Infor HR Talent integrations. Some export files may already be enabled for standard integrations when enabling export file for BODs.

  1. From System Administration, select Integrations > Integration Maintenance.
  2. In the Primary pane, click Interface Setup.
  3. Click File Selection.
  4. To enable the export record, select the check box that corresponds to the business object document.
    Note: Certain export files are pre-enabled for standard integrations.
  5. For the Personnel BOD, make sure to enable these export files:
    • Employee
    • EmployeeContact
    • EmployeeAddress
    • EmployeeIdentificationNumber
    • WorkAssignment
    • EmployeeBankDetails
    • EmployeeContract
    • EmployeeContractDocument
    • EmployeeCompetencyAndSkill
    • EmployeeCredential
  6. For the Employee Work Schedule BOD, make sure to enable these exports:
    • TimeOffRequest
    • LeaveOfAbsence
  7. Click Save.
