Verifying the IMS configuration

IMS must be correctly configured to transfer business object documents.

Note: IMS ION connections must be used for BODs. Do not use existing IOBOX connections, which are no longer valid with BODs.
  1. From Async Administrator, select ION Components > ION Connections.
  2. Verify the ION Connection for IMS status is Healthy.
  3. Click Active Logical Ids.
  4. Verify the Logical Id settings:
    1. Select a logical ID.
    2. Click Open.
    3. Verify this information:
      Logical Id
      The logical Id for Infor HR Talent must be lowercase. For example, lid://infor.ghr.ghr.ims.
      Note: The Logical Id must match what the ION connection uses specifically for Infor HR Talent connections.
