Assigning a task to a user

  1. In HR Talent, select Process Server Administrator.
  2. Select Configuration.
  3. From User Configuration, select Tasks.
  4. Select a task, and in the User Tasks section, click Create.
  5. Select a user.
  6. Select start and stop dates if the task is temporary. For permanent tasks that will begin on a future date, select a start date only. Leave the date fields blank if the assignment is immediate and permanent.
  7. Click Save.
