Configuring sign-in page branding for external entities

Branding that is distinct for external entities can be configured by the External Entity Administrator role. This topic describes configuration of the login page logo. The login page logo is shown on the sign-in page and on all forgot-password pages.

The image file must meet these requirements:

  • File format in .png, .jpg, or .jpeg
  • Maximum file size of 2MB
  1. From OS, select External Entities > External Entity Profiles.
  2. Click the pencil icon.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. In the Login Page Logo section, click Change Logo.
  5. Select the logo.
  6. Click Save.
