Assigning security access to Purge Grantor administrator

Assign the Purge Grantor administrator role to the administrator who can identify other employees who can use the purge action functions.
  1. In HR Talent, select Security Administration.
  2. Select User Management > Actor Management > Actor.
  3. On the Actors tab, right-click an actor to assign the Purge Grantor Administrator role and select Assign Role To Actor.
  4. In the Role field, select PurgeGrantorAdministrator_ST.
  5. Click Submit.
