Sharing data with existing Infor HR Talent and Infor Financials and Supply Management systems

To enable shared data with existing Infor HR Talent and Infor Financials & Supply Management applications, you must reconcile the configuration for Finance Enterprise Groups, HR Organizations, and currency-related data.

See Infor Financials and Supply Management User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select Administrator > Financials Setup and Administration.

After the data is updated in Financials & Supply Management, you can enable the shared data.

  1. Using Infor Spreadsheet Designer, query for the data in the tables specified within Infor HR Talent and Financials & Supply Management by selecting the Data Area of either fsm for Financials & Supply Management or hcm for Infor HR Talent. Then select the business class that contains the data to compare. All fields other than UniqueID should match between records of the same key value.
  2. Verify that data matches in Infor HR Talent and Financials & Supply Management for each of these:
    • Currencies (Currency Codes in FSM)
    • Finance Enterprise Groups
    • Currency Rate Tables
    • Currency Relationships
    • Currency Exchange Rates (Currency Daily Rates in FSM)
