Accessing resource certification information

  1. Select Resources.
  2. Open the resource record.
  3. Click the Certifications tab.
  4. In the Assigned Certifications section, you can see the status of the resource's current certifications.
  5. To view the certifications are that are suggested for the employee to fill any qualification gaps, click the Suggested Certifications tab.
  6. In the Available Certifications section, you can see the certifications that are available to resource for self-enrollment.
  7. In the Past Certifications section, you can see historical certifications.
