Notifying participants about classes approaching start date

Learning administrators can configure notifications that are used to alert participants of upcoming start dates for their classes.

  1. Select Maintenance.
  2. Click the Create Notifications tab.
  3. In the Other pane, click Classes Approaching Start Date.
  4. Click Submit to send the notification immediately.

    or

    Click Schedule and define a schedule for running the notification (how often, on what days, and at what time).

  5. Check the View Progress tab to monitor the progress of the action.
