Resending correspondence records

Follow this procedure if a correspondence record was not delivered due to an error, or a resource asked you to resend a notification.

  1. Select Maintenance.
  2. Click the Correspondence tab.
  3. In the Resources pane, click an option.
  4. Select the correspondence record.
  5. Click Send Correspondence Again.
  6. Optionally, open the correspondence record and make changes. For example, the resource might have a new email.
