Loading delivered badges

The Learning and Development badge family and the default Learning and Development badges are loaded using delivered content. One badge family with five badges are delivered with the application.

Each badge must have an Active status to be eligible for use.

  1. Select System Administration > Utilities.
  2. In the Primary pane, click Delivered Content.
  3. Click on the Learning and Development tab.
  4. Check For Learning and Development Content.
  5. Click OK. Processing may take several minutes.
  6. On the Badges For Learning and Development record, click Load.
  7. Click OK.
