Reevaluating the eligibility of resource checklists

Resources are often automatically assigned to a checklist by virtue of being part of an eligibility group. For example, all ER nurses in one location may have to complete the same checklist. Reevaluating eligibility lets you identify resources that are no longer eligible for the eligibility group that caused them to be assigned to a checklist, so that you can decide what to do about them.

Use one of these actions to reevaluate the eligibility of the resources:

To reevaluate eligibility by checklist, use the Reevaluate Eligibility action.
To reevaluate eligibility by checklist type, use the Reevaluate Eligibility By Type action.

Note:

Assign the resource checklist to an eligibility group to include it in the reevaluation. Resource checklists that were not mass assigned are not associated with an eligibility group. To include these records in the reevaluation, you must assign an eligibility group to them.
