Accessing resource development plan information

  1. Select Resources.
  2. Open the resource record.
  3. Click the Development Plans tab.
  4. In the Assigned Development Plans section, you can view the status of the resource's current development plans.
  5. To view the development plans are that are suggested for the employee to fill any qualification gaps, click the Suggested Development Plans tab.
  6. In the Available Development Plans section, you can view the development plans are that are available to resource for self-enrollment.
  7. In the Past Development Plans section, you can view historical development plans.
