Enabling learning activities for inclusion in Smart Help

Learning administrators can configure learning activities to link with Smart Help topics.

Organizations can link Smart Help to learning activity pages to provide users with direct access to instructions and other guidance that supports each activity. This is valuable for organizations with unique procedures or best practices.

  1. Select Learning and Development > Catalog > Activities and Sessions.
  2. In the Activities section, select an active activity with online content, and then double-click to open the activity.
  3. Click the Online Content tab.
  4. In the Activity Available for Smart Help section, turn on the Enable For Smart Help Usage switch.
  5. Click Save.
