Notifying participants about certifications approaching renewal

Learning administrators can configure notifications that are used to alert participants about approaching renewals for certifications.

  1. Select Maintenance.
  2. Click the Create Notifications tab.
  3. In the Certifications pane, click Approaching Renewal.
  4. In the Number Of Days field, specify the number of days before the certification renewal. The system sends a notification for each certification with a number of days before the renwal date that is equal to or less than the number you specified.
  5. Click Submit to send the notification immediately.

    Click Schedule and define a schedule for running the notification (how often, on what days, and at what time).

  6. Check the View Progress tab to monitor the progress of the action.
