Honor previous activity completion

Learning administrators can use the Honor Previous Activity Completion switch to retain completed enrollment records for activities associated to an employee's development plan.

When re-enrolling employees in a development plan, and the Honor Previous Activity Completion switch is turned on, a confirmation message is displayed that explains that the previously completed activity associated to the development plan is retained.
