Enabling virtual meetings using other providers

Online Meetings are enabled or disabled for the organization unit. If the online meetings option is enabled for an organization unit, then it is enabled for all the descendant organization units.

  1. From HR Administration, select Administration > Setup
  2. In the Structure pane, click Organization Units.
  3. In the Organization Units section, double-click an organization.
  4. On the Detail tab, in the Online Meetings section, select Enable Other.
