Enabling users to add learning activities

Smart Help must be enabled.

Administrators with access to Infor OS security can enable specific users to add learning activities to the system. This process is required to enable Smart Help pages to be linked to learning activities.

  1. Select OS > Security.
  2. Search for the user to whom you want to assign rights.
  3. Open the user record.
  4. Click the Security Roles tab.
  5. Click the + icon.
  6. Search for the role name IDM-SuperUser.
  7. Select IDM-SuperUser and click Add & Close.
  8. Click Save.
