Synchronizing the catalog to update activities

Before syncing the catalog, learning administrators must generate the third-party providers.

When the catalog is synced, activities from third-party providers are generated on the list of activities. When you open the generated activities, third-party providers are displayed in the Provider field on the Details tab of the activities.

  1. Select Administration.
  2. Click the Integrations & Other Actions tab.
  3. In the Online Content Integrations, click Sync Content Provider Catalog, or Sync LinkedIn Learning Catalog, or Sync OpenSesame Catalog
  4. Click Sync Catalog.
    Verify that the third-party provider is correctly displayed in the Activity Provider field on the Sync Catalog form.
  5. Click Submit.
