Notifying participants of class changes

  1. Select Catalog > Activities And Sessions.
  2. Select the activity to update a session.
  3. On the Active Sessions tab, open the session to change.
  4. Click the Classes tab, then select the class to update.
  5. Specify your changes and click Save.

    The Class details have changed; send notifications button is displayed.

    Note: This button is displayed only if you have registered participants for the session.
  6. To notify participants, click Class details have changed; send notifications.
  7. On the Class Details Have Changed Send Notifications form, specify this information:
    Additional Comments

    Specify the detail of the changes in this comment box.

    Attachment

    To attach a file to the message, click the Attachment icon to browse to the file and attach it.

  8. Click Submit.
    Note: No correspondence record is created. To resend this notification click Actions > On Demand Session Notifications, specify the information again, and click OK.
