External learners and development plans

You can assign development plans to learners outside the customer organization, such as partners, third-party workers, and other non-employee groups. These development plans function the same way that development plans for employees function.

All activities that are associated with a development plan that is available to external learners must also be available to external learners.

External learner administrators can enroll external learners into development plans for which they are eligible.

External learners can take pre-tests and post-tests that are associated with development plan activities.
