Managing external learners and their activities

Learning administrators can view status and manage external learners and their activities.

Learning administrator can manage employees and external Learners in separate tabs.

Learning administrator can view all the assigned activities, available activities and past activities for external learners from Resources > External Learners.

Learning administrators can select Report Catalog > Learning and Development > External LearnerActivities Completed to view all the activities that were completed by external learners.

Learning administrators can select Report Catalog > Learning and Development > Activities > Overdue and Approaching Due Date Activities to view activities based on due date.

Learning administrators can view detailed information regarding external learner activities. Select Report Catalog > Learning and Development > External Learner > Activities By Status. This report shows enrollments of external learners in activities by status.
