Activating selected Draft resource checklists

  1. In Learning and Development, access the Draft resource checklist to activate.

    • To access the Draft resource checklists for a specific checklist:

      1. Select Checklists.

      2. Click the By Resource tab.

      3. Select the checklist for the resource checklist.

      4. In the Resource panel, select the Draft resource checklist or checklists to activate.

    • To access all resource checklists that are currently in Draft status:

      1. Select Checklists

      2. Click the Maintenance tab.

      3. In the Draft section, select the Draft resource checklist or checklists to enable.

  2. Select Actions > Activate.

    The status of each selected resource checklist immediately changes to Active.

    Note: If you performed the Activate action from the Drafts section, each resource checklist you enabled is removed from the list.
