Waiving activity prerequisites

  1. Select HR Administration > Maintenance, then locate and select the enrollment request for which to wave the prerequisites. Alternatively, can locate the request from the Notifications.
  2. Click the To Do tab.
  3. Click Development Tasks.
  4. Select Actions > Approve/Reject.
  5. Optionally, specify this information if you are planning on approving the request:
    Session
    If sessions are used for this activity, select a session in which to enroll the employee.
    Start Date
    Specify the enrollment start date.
    Priority
    Specify priority.
    Comments
    Provde comments.
  6. To approve the prerequisite waive request, click Waive.
  7. To reject the prerequisite waive request, click Reject.
