Enabling the to do list on the development profile

Learning administrators can enable a tab on the Development Profile page that shows the activities , development plans, certifications, and checklist items that the employee must complete.

  1. Select Administration > Primary.
  2. In the Configuration pane, click Organization Configuration.
  3. Select the organization to configure.
  4. In the Employee Development Profile section, specify this information:
    To Do List Tab
    Select this check box to enable the To Do List tab on employees' Development Profile pages.
  5. Click Save.
