Creating COBRA benefit export records

You can create two kinds of COBRA benefit export records:

  • The COBRA Occurrence Export creates records for the participant, the occurrence, the benefits plans in effect, and participant dependents. Occurrence-only processing must be selected on the benefits for the organization.

  • The COBRA Participant Benefit Export creates records for finalized benefits. Full-enrollment processing must be selected for the benefits setup for the organization.

To create and review COBRA benefits exports:

  1. To create or review the COBRA participant benefit export, select Administration.
  2. Click the Integrations tab.
  3. In the Export Records pane, click COBRA Participant Benefit.
  4. To create or review the COBRA occurrence export, select Administration.
  5. Click the Integrations tab.
  6. In the Export Records pane, click COBRA Occurence.
