You can create deductions to HOOPP beneficiaries to accommodate YMPE. You can add two deductions for the same calculation type and tax type for the same country. One of the deductions must include the high deduction, and the other must include the low deduction.

- Select a HOOPP plan.
- Click the Deductions tab and click Create.
