Verifying enrolled dependent types for benefit plans

  1. Select Enrollment Events.
  2. Click Open Enrollment and All Enrollments.
  3. Select an enrolled resource.
    The View Plan Enrollment button is only displayed if a resource is selected.
  4. Click View Plan Enrollment.
  5. Select Health or Life Insurance.
  6. Select an option plan and click Select.
    The plan is displayed with the enrollment details of the automatically enrolled dependents.
  7. Click Open.
    The Health or Life form is displayed with the complete enrollment details.
    You can determine the status of the enrolled dependents through the colors used in the form:
    • Yellow: Not all the eligible dependent types are enrolled and are subject to review.
    • Red: The minimum and maximum requirements are not met. You must resolve the requirements to proceed.
    • Blue: All the required dependents are selected.
    Tip: To update the requirements, click either the Email Dependents, Create New Dependents, or Unenroll Dependents button depending on what is required.
  8. Click Submit.
