Creating documents automatically to stop employee benefits

Documents for stop of benefits are created automatically after the Employee Enrollment Updates is run and a stop of benefits is processed.

  1. Select Maintenance.
  2. Click the Processes tab.
  3. Click Employee Enrollment Updates.

    After running the Employee Enrollment Updates, documents are automatically created according to the stop actions on termination rules. The documents are created from the document templates specified on the termination rules.
