Interfacing liabilities to Infor Financials and Supply Management

Before you can update plan balances to Financials & Supply Management, you must verify that these tasks are completed:

Define a rule in General Ledger Rules
See Creating cycle-based general ledger liability tables.
Assign a General Ledger Rule to a plan
See Creating absence plans.

To interface absence hours with the general ledger, you must sign in as an Administrator and selectUtilities > Set Up. Select or create a new organization. On the File Select tab, select Absence > Interface Absence Hours with General Ledger.

Create the finance export records in the Update Finance action.
