Manually approving processed time off cancellation requests

You can manually approve requests to cancel time off that have already been approved and processed.

  1. Select Maintenance.
  2. Click Time Off > Requests.
  3. On the Cancelled After Processed tab, select the request you want to approve.
  4. Click Manual Approve Cancellation.
  5. Run the Process Plans action in Processing > Cycle Processing > Process Plans and the Close Plans action in Processing > Cycle Processing > Close Plans to add the processed time off hours back to the employee's available balance.
