Bench Strength widget
Use the Bench Strength widget to view the distribution of succession pool positions by readiness level. The widget helps you assess succession readiness and identify positions with immediate successors, future successors, or no identified successors.
The widget shows a donut chart with these readiness categories:
- Ready Now: Positions with candidates who are ready to fill the role immediately.
- Ready in Future: Positions with candidates who are expected to be ready to fill the role in the future.
- No Successors: Positions that do not have identified successors.
The center of the chart shows the total pool count. The chart legend shows the number and percentage of positions in each readiness category.
Select a chart segment or legend item to highlight the corresponding data.
