Closed Incident Causal Factors widget

Use the Closed Incident Causal Factors widget to analyze closed safety incidents by causal factor.

The widget shows a stacked bar chart that compares the number of closed safety incidents for each causal factor. Each bar is segmented by Root and Direct causal factors, allowing you to understand the underlying and immediate causes of incidents. Use this information to identify common causes of incidents and support safety improvement efforts.

The chart shows:

• Causal factors on the x-axis
• The number of closed safety incidents on the y-axis
