Cycle Processing Status widget

Use the Cycle Processing Status widget to monitor payroll cycle progress for a selected payment schedule.

The widget shows these details:

• A payment schedule filter that lets you select a payment schedule.
• A stepper that shows these payroll cycle steps:
  • Calculate Tips
  • Calculate Overtime
  • Calculate Payments
  • Print Payments
  • Close Payroll
  Each step can have one of these statuses:

  Status	Description
  Blank	The step has not started.
  Error	The step encountered an error.
  Completed	The step is complete.
  Draft	The step is in draft status.

• An Alerts tab that shows these exception counts for the selected payment schedule:
  • Employees in cycle time record errors
  • Calculation fatal errors
  • Calculation warnings
  • Tax locator errors
• A Print Payments tab that is available when the Print Payments step is complete. The tab shows net pay, direct deposits, checks, total payments, total direct deposits, and total checks for the selected payment schedule.

By default, the widget shows the most recent payment schedule. You can select a different payment schedule from the filter.

Select a step in the stepper or click View payroll cycles to open the selected payment schedule in the Payroll application.
