Open Cases by Type widget

Use the Open Cases by Type widget to view open case trends across case types. The widget shows a line chart with shaded areas representing the number of open cases for each case type over time. Use the chart to compare case volumes, identify trends, and determine which types of issues require attention. If no open cases are available, the widget shows a message indicating that no data is available.
