Open Cases by Priority widget

Use the Open Cases by Priority widget to view the distribution of open cases across priority levels. The widget shows a donut chart with segments representing each priority level, such as High, Medium, Low, and Very Low. The size of each segment indicates the number of open cases for that priority, enabling you to compare case volumes and identify urgent cases. The center of the chart shows the total number of open cases. If no open cases are available, the widget shows a message indicating that no data is available.
