KPI Ribbon widget

Use the KPI Ribbon widget to monitor key succession planning metrics. The widget provides a consolidated view of talent pool activity, resource readiness, and job-level distribution through KPI cards.

The widget includes these KPIs:

• Active (Talent Pools): Shows the number of active talent pools.
• High Potential (Resources): Shows the number of resources identified as high potential.
• High Performance (Resources): Shows the number of resources identified as high performance.
• Entry Level (Jobs): Shows the number of jobs classified as entry level.
• Mid Level (Jobs): Shows the number of jobs classified as mid level.
• Executive (Jobs): Shows the number of jobs classified as executive level.
