Succession Pools widget

Use the Succession Pools widget to view positions in succession pools and monitor candidate readiness for key and critical roles.

The widget shows a table of positions and includes this information:

• Position: The position name or title. Select the position to view succession details.
• Location: The geographic location of the position.
• Key Position: Indicates whether the position is a key position.
• Critical Position: Indicates whether the position is a critical position.
• Ready Now: The number of candidates who are ready to fill the position immediately.
• Ready Future: The number of candidates who are expected to be ready to fill the position in the future.
• Chart: Opens the succession chart for the position.

Use the search bar to find positions by name or location.

Use the filter to show key positions, critical positions, or both. By default, the widget shows positions that are both key and critical. To change the filter, click Key and Critical and then select Key Positions or Critical Positions.

To refresh the records in the Succession Pools widget, click the More Actions button and select Refresh. To open the Succession Pools page in Succession web application, click View all.
