Quick Actions widget

Use the Quick Actions widget to access frequently used employee safety tasks.

This list shows the actions available in the widget:

• Report a safety observation: Create a safety observation record to document a safety concern, hazard, or unsafe condition.
• Report new incident: Create a safety incident record for a workplace injury, illness, or other safety-related event.
• Report a near miss: Create a near-miss record for an event that could have resulted in an injury or incident.
• View observation log: View safety observation records that have been submitted in the Employee Safety application.
• Search Employee Directory: Search for employees and view employee directory information.
