Open Cases by Topic widget

Use the Open Cases by Topic widget to view the distribution of open cases by topic. The widget provides a visual summary of open case volume across case topics, helping you understand the types of issues that are currently being reported and managed. The widget shows open cases in a horizontal bar chart, with a separate bar for each topic. The length of each bar represents the number of open cases associated with that topic, making it easy to compare case volumes across topics. If no open cases are available, the widget shows a message indicating that no data is available.
