Credential noncompliance reporting

The Credential Noncompliance Report provides alerts about employees with credential issues that can make them ineligible to perform their job duties.

The report lists all employees that meet the noncompliance criteria.

This table shows the reason for noncompliance that are displayed in the Noncompliance Reason column:
Noncompliance reason Description
Missing Credential The employee does not have the job or position credential.
Not Credential Match The employee does not have the required credential and source combination.
Credential Expired The employee has the credential, but it is marked as expired.
Credential Completed The employee has the credential, but it is marked as completed.

The report has links that you can use to access and correct position or employee data.

Some employees must have a valid credential or a license to perform their job duties. License noncompliance can result in large fines for employers.

Noncompliance is determined through a fit analysis. The analysis compares employee credentials to the credentials required by the employee's active work assignments. The analysis includes essential qualification requirements from all active work assignments, both primary and non-primary positions. When any position an employee works in requires a qualification as essential, the qualification is displayed as essential on the employee's talent profile. The essential qualification is then evaluated in the Credential Noncompliance Report.

See "Essential qualifications" in the Infor HR Talent Employee User Guide.

The fit analysis identifies essential qualification gaps across all work assignments. The list of employees who lack the essential qualifications for any position they work in are displayed in the Credential Noncompliance Report. Employees who work as floaters or in multiple roles and who lack an essential qualification for one of their positions are also included in the Credential Noncompliance Report.

Noncompliance is determined as of the date and time you run the report. The data is stored in the EmployeeCredentialNoncompliance business class.

If an employee is non-compliant, a message is displayed on the employee profile At A Glance form. This message is visible to employees, managers, and administrators. It is also visible to generalists who can access the employee profile.
