Updating AI Prompt template

AI prompt templates are delivered during the supplemental update. You can use this procedure to update the available templates.

1. In the search field, search for AIPromptTemplate.
2. On the AI Prompt Template Primary List page, click Create.
3. Specify this information:

   Organization

   Select the organization for which this AI prompt template is used.

   Business View

   Specify the business view where this AI prompt template is used.

   Action

   Specify the action that triggers the AI prompt.

   AI Prompt

   Provide the prompt used to generate AI responses for the selected action. Include instructions, rules, and output requirements as needed.

   AI Config

   Specify the AI model configuration settings, such as response length, temperature, stop sequences, and penalty values.

4. Click Save.
