GenAI auto-generated competencies and skills

This feature is available only when GenAI features are enabled for your organization.

The system uses AI to suggest competencies and skills for you based on your profile data, including your experience, current and past work assignments, employment history, performance appraisals, learning activities, certifications, checklists, development plans, continuing education credits, educational achievements, goals, and raves.

When suggestions are generated, you receive an email notification for skills and, if applicable, a separate email notification for competencies. You can also access the suggestions from the notifications center.

You can accept suggestions that match your capabilities or reject suggestions that do not apply. Accepted skills or competencies are added to your profile. Rejected items are excluded from future suggestions
