Creating a service definition for GenAI Skills and Competency suggestions

Before employees can receive AI-generated skills and competency suggestion tasks, you must create the service definition.

If this service definition is not configured and enabled, the generation process for GenAI Skills and Competency suggestions can run, but employees will not receive inbox tasks.

  1. From Process Server Administrator, select Configuration > Service Definitions.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Specify this information:
    Service
    Specify NotificationCenterUserTask.
    Description
    Specify NotificationCenterUserTask.
    Service is Enabled
    Select this check box to enable the service.
  4. Click Save.
  5. On the Processes tab, click Create.
  6. Specify this information:
    Process Definition
    Specify NotificationCenterUserTask.
    Service Process is Enabled
    Select this check box to enable the service process.
  7. Click Save.
