Shift history

As a case manager, you can continue to view a case agent's ended shift on the Shift Plans tab until it reaches the configured retention period. Your administrator must configure the retention period before shift records can be moved to the History tab.

See Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library and select Administrator > Case Management Administration > Shift logs and primary topic limit > Shift history > Moving ended shift records to shift history.

When the retention period expires and the scheduled move process runs, the shift record is moved to the History tab and is removed from active shift plans.

You can use the History tab to review ended shifts that have been moved from active shift plans. The History tab stores historical shift records separately from current and planned shifts, helping you focus on daily scheduling activities while preserving previous shift records for reference.

You can also copy historical shift records on the History tab to create new shifts based on existing shift information.

See Copying shift plans from history list.
