Using Mass Credential Compare

As a recruiter, you can use the Mass Credential Compare action when credential requirements for a position or job change after candidates have applied to an open requisition.

The Mass Credential Compare action re-evaluates all candidate applications associated with a requisition against the current credential requirements and updates credential mismatch tags based on the results.

To use the Mass Credential Compare action, your administrator must enable the Non Compliance Credential Tag For Recruiters feature toggle.

See Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library and select Administrator > HR Talent Setup and Administration > HR Talent standard reports and lists > Credential noncompliance reporting > Noncompliance credential tag for recruiters.

Note: You can use the Mass Credential Compare action only for requisitions with an Open status.
  1. Select Requisitions.
  2. Select an open requisition.
  3. Click the More Actions button and select Mass Credential Compare.
