Viewing credential mismatch tags

As a recruiter, you can view credential mismatch tags in a candidate's profile to identify credentials that do not meet the requirements of the position.

Credential mismatch tags become available after an administrator enables the Non Compliance Credential Tag For Recruiters feature toggle.

After the setup is complete, color-coded credential mismatch tags are displayed in the candidate's profile to help you identify missing, mismatched, or expired credentials.

Viewing credential mismatch tags in the Positions Applied To list

  1. Select Candidates > All.
  2. Double-click a candidate record.
  3. In the Quick Links pane, click Positions Applied To.

Viewing credential mismatch tags from a requisition

  1. Select Candidates > All.
  2. Double-click a candidate record.
  3. In the Quick Links pane, click Positions Applied To.
  4. In the Requisition Dashboard Candidate History List section, open a requisition.
    Your view of the tags might vary depending on whether the Dashboard Panel for Application feature is enabled.

Viewing credential mismatch tags from the Requisition menu

  1. Select Requisitions.
  2. In the Job List section, select a requisition.
  3. Click the All tab to view the candidates for the requisition.
  4. Open a candidate record.

  1. Select Requisitions.
  2. In the Job List section, select a requisition.
  3. Click the Workflow tab.
  4. Select a workflow step to view candidate applications.

Viewing credential mismatch tags when hiring a candidate

Credential mismatch tags are displayed when you hire a candidate. You can submit a hire request even when credential mismatches exist.
